At Abdullah’s Immigration Help, we strive to provide professional and affordable immigration form preparation services. Please read our refund policy carefully before using our services.

1. Service-Based Fees

Our fees are for immigration form preparation services only. They do not include any government filing fees, postage, or other third-party costs.

Once work on your forms has begun, fees are generally non-refundable because of the time and effort involved in reviewing information and preparing documents.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • You request a cancellation before we have begun preparing your forms.

  • We are unable to complete the service for reasons within our control.

 

Refunds are not available for:

  • Client-requested cancellations after work has started.

  • Delays or decisions made by USCIS or any government agency.

  • Errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 7 business days.
