Frequently Asked Questions

What is Abdullah's Immigration Help?
Abdullah’s Immigration Help (AIH) is a non-attorney immigration form preparation service based in Maryland. We assist clients in completing USCIS forms based on the information they provide. We are not a law firm and do not offer legal advice or representation.

Are you an immigration attorney?
No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. We only assist with preparing immigration forms using the information you give us.

Is it legal to get help from a non-attorney for immigration forms?
Yes. U.S. law allows non-attorney immigration form preparers to help clients fill out forms, as long as they do not offer legal advice or make decisions on your behalf about what to file.

What services do you offer?

-
I-130 – Petition for Alien Relative
-
I-485 – Adjustment of Status (Green Card)

Do you help me choose which form I should file?
No. We do not give legal advice or help you decide what benefit to apply for. You must already know which form(s) you want to file. We will assist you in preparing those forms correctly based on your information.

Do you file my immigration forms for me?
No. We prepare your completed forms and provide them to you for review. You are responsible for signing and submitting the forms to USCIS.

How does the process work?
We work remotely. You contact us, provide your information and supporting documents securely, and we prepare the forms for your review. Once approved by you, we give you the completed forms ready for submission.

How much do your services cost?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the form(s) you need help with. Our services are significantly more affordable than traditional legal services. Contact us for a free estimate.

Where are you located?
We are based in Maryland and serve clients remotely throughout the U.S. We do not have a public office — all services are provided by phone, email, and secure online communication.

Is my information confidential?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. All documents and personal details are handled securely and are never shared without your permission.

Can you help if English is not my first language?
Yes. We aim to make the process as simple and accessible as possible. We can assist clients who speak limited English by providing clear instructions, taking extra time to explain steps, and using translated USCIS instructions when available. However, we do not offer certified translation services.

Do you guarantee USCIS will approve my application?
No. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application. Our role is to help you prepare your forms correctly and completely based on the information you provide. The final decision is made by USCIS.
