4. Payments and Refunds

All service fees must be paid before form preparation begins unless otherwise agreed.
All fees are for form preparation only and do not include government filing fees.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet been fully rendered. Once work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Privacy and Security

We value your privacy. Information you provide will be kept confidential according to our Privacy Policy.
However, please be aware that no online platform is completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
